push email background sync issues
I can't seem to get imap and exchange email to update automatically on my new Lumia 950

Creators Update for the X3
Based on the pattern of prior OS updates on the x3, is every one expecting the update to roll out more or less on schedule on April 25th? Has HP been relatively on-the-ball to get updates out in a timeframe close to updates on Lumia devices? Just curious. With firmware update issues on insider builds I'm guessing that many of you aren't on insider builds...

Windows Insider question -- multiple devices
Hi all,
I have not participated in the Windows Insider program in quite some time. Since it now appears to be baked into the OS, i just wanted to verify a few things.
I am going to insider fast ring on my 950XL (not a daily driver). Switching on my non-primary device won't also change things on my main phone or my Surfaces, will it? Just wanted to make sure it is looks like a Windows 10 system setting now -- wanted to make sure it wasn't something that is synced.

Windows 10 build 15063 fails to install on Surface 3
My Surface 3 is running Windows 10 Pro, build 14393.969. It was in the Release Preview Ring, and so received the update to build 15063. Two attempts to install the update failed with error 0x8024200D.
Has anyone successfully updated a Surface 3 to build 15063?

Laptop for Mom?
I know there was another similar thread but it wasn't helpful for "my" mom's needs.
She currently uses an old desktop PC. She wants a new laptop to do simple tasks like paying bills and web searching (on occasion) she really doesn't do or need much else. And she's not tech savvy AT ALL.
However, being her son, I want her to get something that will last for a while. I'm way more familiar with phones then laptops hence the question.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Changing Language in Windows 10 Home Single Language
I just bought a Dell All-in-One computer with Windows 10 Home Single Language in Mexico (I live in Mexico)...needless to say, the computer language is in Spanish and was not advertised as "single language". Someone told me that if I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro (for $99 USD), I would be able to change the language to English or many other languages. Can anyone verify or deny this information?

The title was originally announced as a remake for Xbox One a few years ago, but the project was unfortunately canceled due to difficulties with the game's developer. In the interim, Microsoft Studios has decided to port the original version of the game to Xbox One and Windows 10, giving it a bit of a makeover in the process.
We haven't seen a single shot of the re-release, until now!

How do I change the default reminder time setting used by Cortana?
When I use Cortana to set up an appointment on my computer (not phone) she (it) uses a reminder time of 15 min. I can't seem to find this setting in order to change the default to an hour before the appointment. I have done this in Outlook desktop but it doesn't use that setting when I use Cortana to set it up vocally. The calendar event set up by Cortana will eventually sync to Outlook but it will not use the Outlook default of one hour, it uses what was set by Cortana, 15 min.

Thimbleweed Park on Xbox One review: A creepy, noir point-and-click adventure
A body pixelating under the bridge, a decaying town, and five strangers who are linked somehow. Welcome to Thimbleweed Park.
Point-and-click adventure games are how many gamers cut their teeth on video games. So it was supremely exciting when a Kickstarter for a new point-and-click adventure game emerged. Thimbleweed Park sets you down in a decaying town where weird things seem to be par for the course, including a pillow factory that burned down and a pixelating body that nobody seems to care much about.
Note This title is expected to be released on Xbox One and PC on March 30, 2017.

All the AE Mobile games are gone!

Microsoft pushes Creators Update cumulative patch 15063.11 for Slow and Fast rings
In anticipation of the April 11th release of the Windows 10 Creators Update, Microsoft is pushing out a new cumulative update patch for those on the Slow and Fast Insider rings today.
The patch will bump the OS from build 15063.0 to 15063.11 and is listed under the KB4016250 update.

I've rocked many Lumias in my time, including the 925 the 1520 and of course, the 950. But my all-time favorite Windows phone is the Lumia 930. So after three years, how is it holding up?

Facebook now requires 2GB RAM, won't run on Lumia 640?
My wife has a Lumia 640, purchased in 2015. The phone works fine, makes good photos, is easy to use.
But now she came to me complaining that the Facebook app refuses to work and refuses to update.
Windows Store indeed does ont install the app, referencing system requirements. And these requirements now include 2GB of RAM. The Lumia 640 only has 1GB of RAM.
New Windows phones are basically unavailable; if we change her phone it will have to be Android. But more importantly, I don't really want to change a perfectly working device yet. is there any way to resolve this?

Skype video call icon not active in Lumia 930
Myself and other family members have the Lumia 930 all with latest updates installed..
Have never been able to make a Skype video call. The icon os not selectable.
Is there anything in settings i may have missed or perhaps a known fix?
I also know of others with various Lumia models having same problem...
Have also heard the issue is not the phones but SKYPE and MS and the basic app available in windows store does not support Skype video yet?

Lumia 640 Unable to turn on Bitlocker
Hi,
I am trying to enable Bitlocker on a Lumia 640 which has the most recent Windows 10 Mobile update applied.
I have enabled Bitlocker in Upadate & Security >Device Encryption but when I check the System>Storage for confirmatiion there is no mention of Bitlocker.
Does anyone know of something I can try please?

Export contacts (Lumia 520) with no linked microsoft account
Hi all, trying to remotely help a friend (phone not physically with me). He is trying to export his contacts and all web suggestions say just go on live.com and export from there. Problem is I don't think he actually has a Microsoft account (at all). Would this be possible (certainly doesn't look like it's there in Settings>Accounts).
If that is the case, is there any other way to export these contacts?

VPN wont stay connected
Has anyone seen this? I think it disconnects when the phone goes to sleep but I'm not 100% sure. Furthermore the lack on VPN icon to show when it IS connected I'd doubly annoying. Thoughts?

Elite X3 on Surface Pro
Maybe its just me, but I would really like to have a continuum window on my computer when I am at work. Here I have a Surface Pro 4 with a 34" ultra wide screen and it would be perfect just to hook up my phone together with the Surface and get the phone in a window on the internal screen on the Surface. Doing that would let me do everything on my Surface, like making phonecalls and sending text without the need to unlock my phone.

When is the right time to exit Insider program W10M
RS2 has just been plain awfull regarding W10 mobile. I don't want do get updates that makes my phone worse all the time WITHOUT getting new features. Unable to use Facebook Messenger without Facebook account

950xl stuck on win logo after every update.
I'm on the insider program and Every single update I've had, after the reboot my phone just freezes on the Windows logo. I left it for 8 hours once and it was still stuck. The only way round this is to do a reset, but I don't want to do this all the time

Part 1: Install Interop Tools & Glance Screen
- On your PC, Download interop_tools.zip and glancescreen_appx.zip. Extract and put all the APPXes on your phone (e.g. Download folder)
- On your phone, go to Settings > Update & security > For developers
- Turn on Developer mode, Device Discovery and Device Portal
- Open Microsoft Edge, and go to http://127.0.0.1/ to open Device Portal (it is possible to do this using your PC via WiFi but it'll be slower since the APPXes need to be transfered via WiFi)
- If there is a certificate error, ignore it and click Continue to this webpage
- You might be asked to authenticate. Go to the previous developer settings and click Pair button
- On the Device Portal, Click Apps on the left sidebar
- Install all Interop Tools dependencies ONE BY ONE. After that, install the main Interop Tools APPX
- Install glancescreen.appx
- Turn off Device Discovery and Device Portal on the developer settings
Part 2: Restore Missing Glance Files & Registry
- Open Interop Tools > This Device. Open sidebar, choose Interop Unlock
- Check Restore NDTKSvc and restart your device
- Open Interop Tools > This Device > Interop Unlock. Check Full Filesystem Access and restart your device once more
- Connect your device to your PC via USB
- On your PC, download missing_glance_files.zip and put its contents in [Your Phone Drive]\Data\SharedData\OEM\Public\ using Windows Explorer
- Open Interop Tools and turn off Full Filesystem Access
- Open sidebar, choose Tweaks
- Scroll down and turn on Enable Old Glance Screen (RS1)
Part 3: Fix Glance Font (Non-WXGA devices only)
- Open Settings > System > About. Click More info button and check your device Screen resolution
- If it says 768x1280 (WXGA), skip this part and jump to Part 4
- Open Interop Tools > This Device. Open sidebar, choose Registry Browser
- Navigate to HKLM\Software\OEM\Nokia\lpm\FontFile
- If your device screen resolution is 480x800 (WVGA), replace lpmFont_WXGA.bin with lpmFont_WVGA.bin. For other resolutions, you might wanna check out the other fonts inside lpmFonts_4.1.12.4 folder in missing_glance_files.zip
Part 4: Update Glance Screen
- Open Store. Open sidebar, choose Downloads and updates
- Click Check for updates and update Glance Screen
- Restart your device

How to restore my settings and data after a hard reset on a lumia 650
had to hard reset my phone as it was just scrolling "loading" across the screen and nothing happening.... now I have lost all my contacts and settings etc.... how do i restore this.... Facebook app for Windows 10 desktop finally scales properly.
Does anyone noticed this? The FB app for desktop can finally scale properly without the sides being cut if you scale it to look more "mobile friendly".
Now could this be a hint that we will finally use one app for Facebook both Desktop and mobile instead of 2 separate apps that we have right now?? Hmmmm..
And besides that, the desktop app now loads more faster than before.. takes like 4 seconds for the app to start instead of 1 minute last year.

I don't know if this is a known bug but i can't access the glance screen settings, i start with the general settings screen and choose "extras" and then glance screen, however, as soon as the glance screen settings screen appears it turns blank and i am returned to the main settings screen, this happened before and after the latest update, i've tried restarting the phone and a soft reset with no results, can anyone help please?

I will probably re-enter the Fast Ring world a couple of months down the road, depending on what the problem rate is on the first few releases.

I've searched these forums and it looks like I'm stuck with win10, right?? I've tried the windows phone recovery tool, downloaded today, and it says I have the correct OS version (win10).
I remember there used to be a nokia software recovery tool, but I don't trust some of the sites that seem to have it.

Microsoft pushes Windows 10 'Creators Update' to Release Preview ring for Insiders
In case you still had doubts that build 15063 was "RTM", Microsoft has today pushed said build to the Release Preview ring on PC, meaning build 15063 will indeed be the build that rolls out to the public starting April 11.
The Release Preview ring is the final Insider ring before the production channel of updates, where Microsoft is expected to start rolling out build 15063 on April 11. Microsoft announced today that it would allow non-insiders to upgrade to the Creators Update early, starting April 5th via the Update Assistant tool.

Slow charging battery
So has anybody solved the mystery of the shockingly slow battery charging issue on WM10? I didn't start experiencing it (and getting the notification) until my fourth day after the upgrade on my 830. Somebody is REALLY testing my patience with this phone. Always one step up and two steps back it seems.

Why can't I remove demo mode from floor model?
I bought a floor model Acer Aspire Switch 10 SW5-012 with Windows 10 (though the box said 8.1) from Office Depot. I've googled and searched through forums, but can't seem to get rid of the demo. When I click 5 times on windows, it prompts for a retail administrative password. I use trs10, but it pops up asking if I want to reconfigure. When I select reconfigure, it gives me the option enter a retail access code (RAC) and a SKU #. I've tried to 'finish' without entering anything, but it doesn't continue. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Excel slow moving cell to cell
Hi there, my Surface Book when using Excel is slow and laggy when moving cell to cell. This especially happens if I move to a cell beyond my screen by just pressing arrow key up and down. Does anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it?

After last Insider update, lost all added accounts and SMS history
So this is weird...
After the last update, i went to check my email/sms and saw that only my MS account emails were showing. So I checked the list of added accounts and everything else was gone!
As well, when I went to the messanger (sms), there was no history, just blank. I can still email/create new SMS but it seems like everything else got deleted?
Anyone else having this issue?

Can I remove my Cortana App from my XBOX ONE?
I'd love to remove her. Yeah she's handy when you're on your lazy mode. But when you're calling out stuff in a party on a game when the majority of the objects sound like you are trying to speak to her.... I.E Dark Souls Language. I'll just explain here. Last night my friends and I set out to play the new Dark Souls 3 DLC and throughout my almost 4-hour stream I've had to tell Cortana to F off dozens of times, because she keeps coming up and trying to search the stuff I say, completely cutting off my screen and getting me killed. So. Evidently, I'm switching her off and there should be allowed a way to kill - I mean remove her from the apps until there is such a time when she doesn't recognise everything I say as if I'm wanting her to look up everything I say! Or at least set her to pick up kinect voice only, that way then she wont listen as I don't have our kinect connected as it's broken anyway.

Continuum with a pocket projector - have you used one?
I'm thinking of using Continuum with a pocket projector as a laptop substitute. Experimentation with an old Philips PicoPix projector (PPX2480 at 800x600 pixels) worked well but did not provide sufficient resolution to work comfortably with Word etc, and tiles looked terrible - not surprising when compared to the resolution of the 950 screen.
Do you have any experience of working with a newer projector with resolution at 1280 x 720 or higher? What was your experience? Could you do serious work (given a keyboard) for any length of time?
Continuum looks brilliant on my Dell 1920 x 1080 monitor, but that's a bit much to lug around!

Delete folders from Outlook Mail
When I delete folders by right clicking them and 'deleting' them they keep reappearing. I'm thinking it might be because I have so many devices... can anyone think of a way I can permanently delete all these folders?

Universal Skype app exits preview, but is it really ready for prime time?
I've never been much of a fan of the universal Skype app. But now that it's out of preview, is it actually any better?
I was a huge fan of Messaging Everywhere on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. It was simple, clean and incredibly fast. And it was built right into the universal Messaging app, which I adore to this day for it's clean, minimalistic look. So when Microsoft announced it was killing Messaging Everywhere in favor of Skype SMS Relay, I was sad. Very sad.
However, I convinced myself that maybe Skype would do it well. So after waiting a long time for SMS Relay to show up in the Skype universal app, I was disappointed by how slow, ugly and unfinished the app was. But it was still in preview, so it wasn't really fair to judge.

Wi-fi with Facebook and Instagram apps
Hi all
I'm just wondering whether anybody else has a problem with the Facebook and Instagram apps when using Wi-Fi? Both sites continually fail to load photo's and videos when I'm using Wi-Fi (all I see is a black square on Facebook, and Instagram will eventually show a 'refresh arrow'), and sometimes I get the "couldn't refresh feed" message.
I know there's not a problem with my Wi-Fi, I've done speed tests which show decent speed and other apps (i.e. Twitter and Edge Browser) load photo's/videos fine on Wi-Fi (and this is immediately after Facebook and Instagram apps fail to load the photo's/videos).
When I use Mobile Data, Facebook and Instagram apps will load the photo's/videos instantly without fail. Going to and from work, I will look at the apps on the bus and everything always load up fine with Mobile Data. I've tried using Mobile Data at home immediately after the apps have not loaded properly over Wi-Fi, and the pictures/videos appear immediately. However, it depends on the time of day whether I get a decent Mobile Data connection at home so Wi-Fi is a necessity for me.
It leads me to think there's a problem with these apps and how they're 'talking' to Wi-Fi.
I'm interested to hear whether anybody else has these same issues with these apps over Wi-Fi?

How do I know my approximate sensor is dead or it's a system bug?
I'm on latest build of slow ring, and my glance screen does not work properly. I take phone or t of my pocket but the e glance screen is not on.
Another symptom is that e when I make phone call I move the phone away from my ear but the screen isn't on.
Anybody have same issue?

or what I can do to change
I haven't had any trouble printing pre-filled documents from Edge before, but now when I go to print, the preview only shows a blank page with a small "x" in the top left corner of the preview. Can anyone weigh in on why this is happening all of a sudden? Or what I can change in settings so pre-filled documents will display and print.

Not getting latest apps
I've been tying to set up my new 1520 over the past few days and I'm not getting many of the latest versions of the apps. Groove, Skype, Photos, Store, etc... Many.
I've tried many different iterations going back to 8.1 using WDRT, updating every app at every stage. (8.1, W10M TH1, W10M AU .953, and even W10M CU .2). I've tried leaving insider, Insider Preview and Fast (which brought me to CU) but no matter what I don't get them. I DO get presented with updates, which I install, but not the latest.
The two that made me realize something wasn't right was Skype (which mine still says Skype Preview) and Groove, which is missing the major interface updates)
I've also done hard resets, same issue.
I have a hacked 925 running AU, an 830 Running CU, a Win LTE BLU HD running AU.. they all were presented and I installed the latest versions about a week ago.
I'm wondering if anyone else has recently done a hard-reset or re-do of a device and seeing the same issue? Since we are so close to the CU update I'm wondering if there's a problem on Microsoft's side and maybe they are re-baseline the available versions?
Anyone our there with a spare 1520 they want to hard-reset and see if you get the latest versions?

Prey's eyeball-violating Neuromods have been detailed in a new video
Prey is just over a month away, and we're still learning fresh details about this creepy space shooter.
In a new video released today, Bethesda and Arkane detailed how the game's Neuromod system will allow players to enhance their abilities.
Neuromods are installed by, ahem, stabbing yourself in the eyeball with a gigantic needle. The mods rewire the player's brain, giving them various new powers.
Detailed in the video below, we get a glimpse at some of Prey's telekinetic powers, as well as its intriguing mimic ability, allowing you to assume the form of complex objects in the game's environment.

The Microsoft Edition Android phone appears to be exactly the same as the regular version of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus from a hardware perspective, but it will apparently have some features that make it easier to install and use Microsoft apps that don't already come preinstalled on the device, such as Outlook and Cortana, when users first connect to Wi-Fi. The Galaxy S8 will ship with Office basics such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as OneDrive and Skype.

Messenger notification fix
I grabbed an s6 active yesterday just to have for apps I cant get on WM10 or that wont work properly. interesting thing is I downloaded messenger on the S6, got a message then boom my Lumia 950 showed a notification. I looked in notification settings and the messenger option that disappeared came back too

IM+ not working on my windows 8.1 nokia lumia 920
I installed IM+ to use instead of fb messenger because they stopped it working today. No warning that fb messenger was not going to work anymore. Even the app dint say that. Just some nonsense about getting the latest version. What rubbish! I uninstalled and reinstalled from the Store but still got same issue. So i tried im+ but it just keeps asking me to login...wether i hit connect or save...same same. So i logged into fb on my desktop and got into account settings. Somewhere there it said something about adding apps so i added IM+. Still not able to log into IM+ on my phone :( Can anyone give me some insight as its been a lot of years since i used IM+.

Samsung yesterday announced the Galaxy S8 in a bold attempt to regain ground lost because of its Note 7 battery debacle. For the most part, the company appears to be on the right track. Early hands-on reviews are gushing over the phone's design, feature set, and new abilities. One of those capabilities is DeX, which is a terrible name but also an impressive feature.
Samsung's DeX lets Galaxy S8 owners connect to a larger display – with a dock to become a PC ... kind of. That sounds a lot like Microsoft's Continuum, but it addresses a different problem for Samsung: how to move Android to the desktop from mobile. That's the opposite issue that Microsoft is trying to solve.

What's up with the FB app?
I almost never use the app, I go with the browser 99% of the time. But I like to have my phone connected (with notifications turned off) via the app for all of the contact info. The store is telling me it requires hardware that my 830 doesn't have. It will let me download if though, but not let me review it or rate it. What is my phone lacking to run a freaking FB app?

Mass Effect: Andromeda is here, and reviews have been a little mixed.
While Andromeda's combat, story, multiplayer, and characters make it well worth the price of admission, the game's reliance on open-world fetch quests, its awkward animations, and the huge volume of glitches certainly hinder the experience. Thankfully, BioWare has heard the feedback loud and clear.

Multitasking experience
I thought to open this thread to talk about the multitasking experience on L650.
I use this device as main for more than one year, but expect the audio multitasking through Spotify or Groove, I don't found any other real and well functional multitask case. Even not with data calculator, which is a real mess.
For example, I use perfect records app for recoding, but if I switch to an another app the recoding get paused. The same if a turn of the display. The Edge can't continue to play a html audio/video player (lets say youtube). The mytube app can't even continue to play the audio if you switch to another app.
Of course, notifications aren't an multitask feature. I believe my bad experience is about the poor cpu.
What about your experience? are you happy?

How do I favourite photos in latest photo app?
950XL on slow ring, running 15063.2. Done a reset without backup for a fresh start.
In photos app, when viewing photos there used to be a heart symbol at the bottom which would make the photo a favourite and add it to the favourites photo. I now have no favourites folder and the heart does not appear, just edit and the new share icon.
In photos app settings the option for Tile: The photos tile shows: Favourites is still there..

How do I create an image of my PC's hard drive?
Creating backups of your data is a great idea for pretty much everyone. It makes life way easier in the event of a drive failure, and thanks to intuitive software, the whole ordeal is quite painless.
One way to back up your drive is to create an image, which is basically a compressed snapshot of your entire drive, OS and all. Images can be stored on external drives in the event of a failure and can be used to completely restore a PC when things go wrong. What are you planning on doing now that Beam is on Xbox?
With the release of the new Xbox update today, my fellow Beam streamers have seen a CRUSH of new people. I had to make my first ban tonight because someone was badgering me about financial information of my art.

My Radar App Issue
Hey Guys,
A couple of days ago I changed my Carrier to Cricket Wireless in hopes of getting mobile hotspot service. No luck there as it turns out the 950 isn't supported on their network. Previously I was using GoPhone which is another ATT MVNO. Since changing carriers I've noticed some issues with apps that refuse to open. Today we're in for some stormy weather here in Kansas so I've been using the My Radar app quite a bit. It's been rock solid for me in the past and I love the app. But today, the app refuses to open when I try to load it up. And the odd part is, that it works ok when I'm connected to WiFi but will not open when using cellular data alone.
I've reached out to the developers to see if they can offer any help, but I thought I'd check here to see if any of you guys were having issues like this. I'm at a loss :).

Storage issues
Yesterday I tried to update my phone lumia 640 from 14393 to 15063.2 it got failed because of slow internet connection (i believe). I have tried it twice now its showing my internal storage as full and pending update is taking about 1.4 gb how can I free it up? I tried restarting and soft reset they didn't work. What should I do now?

Anybody else having trouble with Windows Central Notifications?
I accidently selected "new comments on articles I participate in" and new posts in forum threads I participate in". It's driving me insane. I just want replies to my comments. I "click here" for more notifications settings in the app (because I've unchecked both of the boxes) and it takes me nowhere. I try to follow the link to stop receiving emails on an article I commented on, and I get an error.

System Hardware Update - 1/30/2017 Repeatedly Fails to Install
Title pretty much states it. This things tries to install all the time, but never seems to stick. Anybody else experienced this one in particular? 67.4GB free, so it isn't a space issue to my knowledge. No MicroSD card installed (had that issue before).
Went to the MSFT website where I can manually download updates, but it wasn't evident to my pea-brain which download specifically applied to this.
Thx for any help or assistance.
BTW, Windows 10 Insider Preview 15063 (rs2_release) did successfully update on 3/22 as far as I can tell.

Information on the web suggests ms phones could hold sd cards "up to 2 Tb, theoretically." However, there are also suggestions that it maxes at 200gb. May I know what the concrete answer is for the ms Lumia phone sd card memory limit?

Galaxy Dex
I just watched the Verges 10 minute summary video of the Galaxy S8 launch. When they unveiled Samsung Dex. It kind of killed me a little. Because here we clearly have a continuum clone that will probably instantly get more traction than we've seen to date with w10m... but also makes me wish there was a Samsung 8s with w10m :crying:

Anyone using a Lumia 950/XL on MetroPCS' network?
I changed my device from Lumia 650 to a 950 (unlocked AT&T) yesterday. My 650 worked perfectly connecting at "L". When I switched to the 950, I can only get 4G sometimes 4G+. I don't see an option for LTE on the drop down menu in the SIM info.
I've called M-PCS's customer service; they refreshed my Internet service.
My Internet experience (browsing) was a slightly snappier with the Lumia 650.
I'd appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Microsoft is retiring Windows Vista on April 11, which means that if you're using a computer with the decade-old version of the OS, the time has come to upgrade. However, this is not to say that Windows Vista will stop working after its life support cycle ends. After April 11, 2017, your device will no longer receive any more maintenance, including security and performance updates, and Microsoft won't provide any kind of support.
If you want to avoid your computer quickly becoming vulnerable to viruses and other security risks, you should start planning to upgrade. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't provide a direct path to upgrade to Windows 10, but you can still make the jump and leave behind Windows Vista for good. However, it's a process that requires that you do a full backup of your data and perform a clean installation of Windows 10. We've got you covered with all the steps.

My W10 can't find any driver to my Lumia950
Everytime I connect my L950 to my W10 desktop, everything works fine except on device manager, where shows it does no recognize my device.
Is says it is missing a driver, but evertything Works fine to me, I even can transfer my data to PC to mobile and vice-versa.
Someone know how to fix this "driver" problem
