Clear All doesn't clear Live Tile or Lock Screen

In WP8, pressing Clear All in the notifications screen would also clear the relevant live tile and the Lock Screen info. I've upgraded to W10M (and had to do a full reset) and now that doesn't happen, pressing Clear All only clears the notification screen.

Is this the normal W10M behaviour? Is it possible to change it?
