Windows 10 was released for pcs on July 29th, 2015. Shouldn't the new anniversary update happen on July 28th or 29th? Or was there a reason for the 2-3 days delay?
It isn't a proper anniversary update if it's 3 days late, is it?
Or is it that upgrading a pc from 7 directly to redstone is risky?
