Onedrive UWA keeps crashing when uploading photos

I downloaded the newly released onedrive universal windows app and whenever I drag and drop or select photos for uploading, it just crashes. I got it to try uploading only once and for an hour nothing uploaded

Is there anyone else experiencing the same?
