HP Elite x3 pre-orders begin on HP's UK site and France's Microsoft Store

The HP Elite x3 business-themed phone with Windows 10 Mobile is now available for pre-order in two more retail outlets. One is HP's own store in the UK, and the other is the Microsoft Store in France.
