Is there an option for smartwatches for Windows phone users?

The main reason I'm asking this is I intend to order the KingWear K88 from this site http://ift.tt/2aK0FAo (I do a lot of sports) and would love it if i would find a smartwatch that would work well with my Lumia 950.
