Amazing weather HD

Having problems trying to purchase this app. Get to the bank stage and it tells me it's done and to return to the store to complete my purchase but I end up going round in loops, previous purchases I have made I always get an email informing me of the purchase I have made but nothing with this so I guess it wasn't successful. Any help please. Shaun
