For ebay pictures, what settings should i put on Lumia 950 camera please

My current settings are 16.9 ratio, image size JPEG 8mp. I have no idea if this is normal/average.
My previous pics were too enormous for ebay so swapped to 8mp. I also have no idea what is meant by 'Living image'.
