Can't edit Windows Central notifications - flooded with emails :/

As said in the title. It was always a problem for me but now even clicking in emails "Stop receiving..." doesn't work :/ I see just: {"success":"false","errorTxt":"Unspecified Error"}
Never could get into http://ift.tt/2nxuTir - always just blank page on any device or browser. Please help somehow :/ Live help also doesn't work, can't get to 'more notification settings' in app even so I guess it's some bigger issue with my Windows Central account :/
