Flash doesn't work/sync right when taking pictures

Hello, I am using a Lumia 950 xl with latest creators build 15063.2 and I am experiencing a bug with the flash when trying to take a picture. I have noticed that problem few builds before. I wonder if it's a software bug which may be fixed with a firmware update or if I have to make a hard reset to solve. Is anyone else experiencing the same bug?
