Windows Movie Maker 6.0 started as a default program for Windows Vista.
Then came Windows LIVE Movie Maker for windows 7. Some Win 7 users actually preferred the WMM 6.0.
For those who remember that and wanting to use the 6.0 version again, here is the article you can use.
