How can I transfer collections & favourites from Windows 10 maps?

Is there a way to transfer all my collections and favorites from Windows 10 Maps to Here Maps or Google Maps?. It was easy to transfer my Here Maps to Windows 10 Maps, but I can't find anything online to do the opposite. Thanks
