need help with nokia 635 rm-1078

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 (RM 1078) it is "failing to activate It has Sprint branding on the back i recently did a recovery using windows phone recovery now my sim card is not being detected it worked fine before it is not a sprint sim by the way keep getting Activation Failed; and error code 0x80070584
any ides what could be wrong
