I ball slide i701 tab not working

I bought a I ball slide i701 tab in mid 2016 as it had desktop windows too, it worked fine for 4-5 months, but suddenly stopped working. The windows 8.1 OS doesn't load now and when I turn it on, it shows the I ball logo and the OS doesn't even load

How to correct it?
