*resolved* SP4 pro- screen won’t turn on, powers ext screens thru dock

Powering on displays "Surface" then goes black... works fine to power external screens when docked. I cannot use unless it's docked. I had settings set to not use surface monitor when docked but now surface screen not working at all.
