Dark Theme...Few bars not that dark! :D

Hello guys!
I'm new with Insiders, and I'm using the build: 17692.

I have enable the Dark Theme. But not everything is dark, like the Bar in the top of File Explorer.
or when you pass the cursor over the DESKTOP it became white (like you can see in the picture)

It's normal for my Build? or have something wrong there?

I'm asking, because I saw here in WindowsCentral a few pictures where all parts are Dark... a perfect Dark theme.
