Getting Windows Central Log in error: "Error:No drupal session" ???

Happens on any of my several Windows 10 MS Surface, HP and Lenovo all tablet PC with LTE using any browser, MS Edge, Momentum, Firefox. Able to log into forums here but unable to do so on the main site or posting anything there.
Any ideas ???
