Having problems trying to purchase this app. Get to the bank stage and it tells me it's done and to return to the store to complete my purchase but I end up going round in loops, previous purchases I have made I always get an email informing me of the purchase I have made but nothing with this so I guess it wasn't successful. All Outlook contacts in my Nokia 1020 lost their profile pictures. How can I restore pls?

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 that is configured to display contacts from Outlook, Facebook & Twitter. I have collected many hundreds over the years that include friends and colleagues. As I create an account, I also add a photo or a business logo that helps me to identify. This morning I noticed that ALL Outlook contacts have lost their profile pic and I manually put a few back. As there are hundreds of these, I'm hoping that there is a sync that can be done to restore. Can someone pls assist ?

App (Blue Skies) is stuck at restoring user data

App won't install. Well, app is installed but pending and stuck at restoring user data. How can I uninstall the app? Lumia 950, apps will be stored on the phone not on sd card. Windows 10 mobile.

Surface Book with Performance Base

Hi everyone,

Microsoft recently introduced the Surface Book with Performance Base. With it came some design changes as well, one of them being the keyboard. I'm not sure if others have noticed it, but now there's a small recess in which the keys sit. It kinda makes it look ugly, atleast in my opinion. This is the one reason I hate HP laptops, it's too prominent on their laptops. The old surface book didn't have it and it looked awesome.

Anyways, just wanted to check others views on it.
