Gmail email issues with connecting to outlook

I just did the upgrade on my Lumia 640xl phone, due to lack of memory I had no choice but to delete my emails to complete installation. I've tried all day to install my email accounts (4) but error and issue. I tried the google icon, and imap attempts but no luck. Anyone have any ideas
