hello new to windows and need some recommendations

hello guys my name is Danii April. I currently own a HP probook 440 g5 windows 10 pro version 1809. im new 2 Microsoft windows 10 and apple iphones and jus would like some helpful tips and recommendations on the best network settings n pc features for a fast, simple access besides the ease of access way also what apps 2 download for personal business, productivity resources, personal tasks management, and for iphone connections. i have ios 12 boost mobile iphone 6A1586 also how can i get office for free and how i can get the HP apps if there is any. ik its alot but any help or tips dos n donts will help thanx
