I picked up an unlocked 950 XL on ebay (AT&T compatible) when I move the sim from my old 930 it shows no service. Looking in the Sim card settings the Enhanced 4G LTE services shows IMS status as unregistered.
What do I need to do to get the 950XL to get service, is a new sim needed, or a call ti ATT which I feel will not go well.
