Quick Toggler App - Start App and Service in One Click

Hi Guys i just made my first windows app which is very much in alpha,
i like you guys to test.

As title says Its Tray App - where you can create shortcut through json entries.

What it does ?

Service Controller - Start and stop services.
Shell - Open App, directory or browser url.

extract the zip file .. inside directory run quick-toggler.exe

You Need to add entries.json in your user dir (c:/username/entries.json)
