Can I use cortana with a different Microsoft account?

I started using my computer with email A. I use it for my onenote, onedrive, etc. I had forgotten about a long lost Microsoft account (email B) that I used with my Xbox and have accumulated lots of Bing reward points. I'd like to use that account for everything else, including Cortana.

Right now, I have Xbox and other services set to use email B. But, how do I switch over and use Cortana with it?
