How to set bluetooth profiles ? Used to be able to in win phone 7/8

Back when I had win 7/8 on my phone there was a setting for "use only for voice or use only for music" That way when I was in my car my bluetooth stereo adapter would be used for music, and my stock bluetooth adapter for phone calls. Now I have to keep tapping on one or the other for them to fight over which controls what. Is there anyway to specify? Thanks guys
