In some Nokia lumia model not desible vibration nevigation windows key .why?

my lumia 525 before reset perfact working but after reset desible option vibration not there in setting. only one option will be there is double tap wake up. please do report and update and please recovery option in in some lumia devise.Plz.thank you.
