Anyone know why some apps from Attractor Mobile Software are currently not in the store?

I was a fan of Client for Hangouts (I had the paid version), but recently I performed a reset on my phone and found I couldn't download it again. I emailed the company about 2 weeks ago and they said they're experiencing an issue with the Windows Store with no more details and that they're trying to resolve it as soon as possible. Seems odd that an issue would last this long (since I'm not sure when it started, it may have been longer than 2 weeks as well).

Any ideas?
