Anyone getting an HDCP Error on Elite x3 and HP Lap dock?

Is anyone getting and HDCP Error when you play a movie from Microsoft Movies & TV?
I have my HP Elite x3 connected to my HP Lap dock via cable and when I try to play a movie I get this error 0xc00d7159.

Running: OS Build 10.0.14393.693
Firmware: 0002.0000.0018.0105
