Will the Coratan speaker be cancelled after ditching Groove?

Now that all consumer stuff seems to be cancelled; does the Cortana speaker still make sense? Or will it able to play Spotify music? Or do you have to switch to Alexa to be able to play music?

If I was Harman Kardon I would be very very angry.
