Windows 8 was installed after buying the notebook pc
Upgraded to windows 10
Last month, a virus infected my pc
Forced to do a system restore delete everything (cos i'm desperate)
Issue:
Automatic reinstallation of windows (version?) did not complete.
Error message: The Computer Restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error
Opened up regedit
Opened HKLocal machine/SYSTEM/SETUP/STATUS/ChildCompletion
Changed setup.exe value from 1 to 3
It still won't complete and now i can't stop the cycle.
Should i have created an installation media first (cos I didn't).
And what would be my next steps? Thanks!
