My battery is draining when i shutdown my pc. I use windows 10 1706 version.

I have done all possible ways to get rid of this issue but i coulnt find a better result.I have disabled the fast startup and also installed intel managment engine interfernce driver of version 9.5. But i couldnt find any positive result. please give a better solution.
