Separating OneDrive from Desktop in File Explorer.

I was wondering if anyone knew, 1) how this occurred, and 2) how can i fix it but my OneDrive in File Explorer (on my Dell 17" Inspiron 2-in-1 running the latest fall creators update on Win 10) has moved into the Desktop library. I was hoping maybe someone could help me fix that or does it not really matter?
