Why Are Most Of My Windows 10 Mobile Apps Stuck On "Loading" and don't do anything?

Alright, I got the latest Windows 10 build for my Lumia 640 XL, and I noticed a lot of the apps say "loading" when I try to open them.... Whats the problem here? I tried uninstalling several and reinstalling, and the same problem......

Do these apps need to get updated to the latest windows 10 build or what?
