Why my window icon and store crashing after successful version update 1803?

I have successfully installed windows 10 version 1803 i.e:April version and after that day my window icon and notification panel is not working .Internet explorer kept on crashing . I have tried many online solutions but none of them worked for me. Please help me to get rid of this problem
