Hello All
I have 2 e-mail accounts on my Microsoft Lumia 640XL phone. When I receive an attachment, may that be a jpeg file, a pdf file or a doc file, in one of the accounts I have no problem opening them but the other account just will not open them. The files are there but if tapped a message pops up stating I need an app to open them.
Any ideas what's going on?
