Can't connect to the internet. "One or more network protocols are missing"

I am receiving this error and have tried pretty much everything I can think of/find for repairs to this issue. A list of fixes I have tried include:

- Ipconfig /reset + Ipconfig /renew

- New Winsock and Winsock2 reg files from a functioning PC.

- Netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

- Reset of windows (OS Reset)

- Deleting Antivirus

- Adapter properties + protocols, install Multicast Protocol

- Removed group policies from registry (reinstalled from saved file after this failed to work)

- .Bat file consisting of
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
pause
shutdown /r

- Disabled NetBios over TCP/IP

- Disabled IPv6

I cant think of anything else to do to fix this problem... this only started IMMEDIATELY after downloading the latest Windows 10 update.
