I have a USA T-Mobile 635. I've been using it as a backup and have a use for it as a kind of portable video camera (the camera is far superior to that on my BLU phone). Is there a way to make this work with a newer version of Windows Phone? Unlock and/or install a newer version? I'd like to get an updated Windows Phone 8.1 software on the phone and I know it should work.
