On my windows 10 mobile device (Lumia 950 XL) I can set custom sounds for different notifications. When can't I do this with windows 10? I get that there's going to be a lot of differences between windows 10 and windows 10 mobile. the fact that I can label folders on windows 10 mobile or I can only seem to get tile groups on windows 10. but custom notification sounds locked to mobile? Really? Give me custom sounds on windows please. not just app specific. but person specific.
