Getting an 'Ejection Error' when trying to eject my Window's Phone?

For about two months now, I get an error message when trying to eject my 950XL from my computer:

The 950XL is on Insider (current build 15215), and has prompted this error message for the last 4, or 5, builds.

My computer is NOT on Inside, and sitting on Creator Release Build: 15063.332.

Anyone else get this error message when disconnecting their phone, or know of a fix???
