I was using my lumia as normal, but in a moment it just turns off, I thought it was the normal issue that happens when the Lumia over heats, so I try to restart the device with the big surprise that it do not pass the Microsoft screen, y already try everything, soft/hard reset using bottoms, let the battery dry out, charge the phone, and the recovery tool it's not working couse not even a single computer detects my phone.
