can u make pc sleep when hub disconnected

hi i try to explain best i can i run 2 pc 1 win 10 desktop 1 raspberry pi connect to the same hub via a 4pdt switch so i can share keyboard and mouse now what i would like to do is when i switch from pc to raspberry pi and win 10 detects hub is gone go to sleep mode
