Cortana Intelligence Institute, a collaboration between researchers at Microsoft and RMIT University in Melbourne, will focus on bringing complex capabilities to Cortana.

Microsoft has announced the establishment of the Cortana Intelligence Institute, a new effort to work on "next-generation capabilities" for Cortana.
