EliteNote is in the preview phase but is available for those of you who may be slightly interested in trying out something new. It is my personal opinion that it is HARD to develop an attractive app for Microsoft's UWP platform - particularly when you are literally working with half the physical pixels available on any device - but I believe I've managed to get close.
