I just wanted to let everyone know the Lenovo Miix 630 is now $599.99 (instead of $899.99) from Lenovo (via eBay.com or lenovo.com). I know it is not the fastest machine but the portability, start-up time, and "Always On, Always Connected" feature make it ideal for some individuals and situations. (I do a little writing and like to be able to put down my thoughts immediately.) I also think my Windows Phone fanboy self views it as a nod to my favorite phone platform-- even though I have moved on to a BlackBerry KEYone.
For the record, I purchased the device yesterday when it was $629.99 (aka 630). I was a little frustrated knowing I could have saved another $30 plus tax today but figured I could spread a little cheer by letting others know about the price. Both sites also have pretty good financing offers if you are a little lean on cash.
