Windows update has broken Bluetooth

The bluetooth tile has disappeared from the right-hand drawer, and when I try to search for a Bluetooth device through control pane it instantly says "Couldnt connect". Bluetooth driver has also disappeared from Device Manager, but windows update or manufacturer driver won't restore it.
