I would like to export my call history, both incoming and outgoing for the last year. Who called, the number, and the time of the call. Any ideas how to do this?

Windows Update does not work after re-installing Windows!

The thing is that I have downloaded and then re-installed my Windows 8.1 OS, but then I can't seem to get the Windows Update working, and have tried many things. So is it possible to install Windows 10 on it to fix the problem, as I heard you can get a Windows 10 for free if you have Windows 8.1? And I only have the OEM Windows 8.1 key that came with the laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I fix an unresponsive Alcatel One Touch Fierce?

Every time I unlock my phone, I get a series of alerts saying that everything on my phone,the apps, settings, Launcher, is unresponsive and not working. And these won't go away and I can't get to settings to fix anything. I shut down and started up my phone, restarted it several times, and removed the sim card to see if it would go back to normal, but its still like it was.
