Microsoft CEO says Windows 10 is now active on 600 million devices

Microsoft's Satya Nadella has announced that there are now over 600 million active Windows 10 devices on the planet.
At Microsoft's annual shareholder meeting, CEO Satya Nadella has today announced that Windows 10 is now in use on over 600 million active devices around the globe, up from 500 million announced at its Build developer conference earlier this year.

Why Microsoft's new tabbed 'Sets' in Windows could be a genuine game changer

Microsoft's new "Sets" feature for Windows 10 brings a familiar model of computing to everyday users in a smart, productive way.
The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update brought a lot of new changes and a few banner features, but as I noted earlier the update seemed to lack a killer, must-have feature – at least for my daily use case.
Microsoft's recently announced "Sets" (a placeholder name, for now) is something altogether different. I was able to see Microsoft's plans a few weeks back for the tabbed app experience in Windows, with the company's Corporate Vice President of Windows 10, Joe Belfiore, explaining its vision for the project.
Conceptually, Sets is where people are going with modern computing, and while it may not be sexy to talk about, productivity and streamlining the user experience are crucial for Microsoft to stay relevant.

Instagram App - can i use a virtual webcam as camera?

Hi,

i'm trying to make Live on the Instagram using a virutal webcam instead of the integrated camera on windows 10.

i tried manycam, altcam, etc but it didn't work.

any idea?

Taskbar, Task Manager not working

This happened to me yesterday and I don't know what to do, my task bar is not responding. The applications that I've pinned on it isn't showing up and nothing happens no matter how I press on the task bar. The cursor is working well, I can access file explorer and copy stuffs but as soon as I right click on a folder or click open settings, it just keep loading there.

I've tried CTRL+SHIFT+ESC but my task manager isn't responding as well. So then I tried to recover the previous setting via "Open System Restore" and left it to restore but when it's done it says there that it couldn't restore it and everything is unchanged.

There's this message showing "Windows Critical Update" too when I tried to restore to the previous setting as which I chose the reset point instead of the "Critical Update"

Can anyone kindly suggest a solution to this?

Got My Harman Kardon Invoke back on November 3rd, And....

...I love it. I've had an Echo Dot for a while now and love it, and Invoke is just as good, if not better. I also just got the 2nd generation Echo, which is nice, but the sound doesn't compare. Plus the Skype calls are key! Had a 10% coupon to Harman Audio, so I snagged it for $179. The speaker/sound is amazing. I have my Dot hooked up to the Nokia/JBL Power up. The Invoke is much more clearer and just as powerful. I recommend this device, highly.
