I have been using the Surface Pro (2017) for a few months, using it with the Pen that came along with my previous Surface Pro 4.
Recently, I found that the eraser on the Surface Pen has not been working properly. When the Pen eraser is near the screen, a pointer will appear on the screen (similar to the pen nib), so clearly the eraser was detected. But when rubbed against the screen, nothing happens.
I realized that the Pen eraser works IF I press it very hard against the display until the button is clicked. With the button depressed, I am able to erase the ink. But that is not the normal behaviour of the pen eraser.
Can someone help?
