I use windows media player in this manner
I keep it always on top of other windows - meaning I don't need to minimise or maximise it, it's always floating but in semi transparent mode. If I hover my cursor over, it becomes solid and I can play with the controls. If I remove the cursor, it goes back to being transparent
I also use a skin called revert which is very minimalistic thus does not use a lot of screen space. I can access playback controls, playlist and equaliser from there
I can also move the skin around the screen so it does not interfere with what I'm seeing
So can groove music do any of this? If not in current official build, what about the anniversary update?
