Help! My SP4 screen shakes!

After about a second of no input from my mouse, keyboard or touchscreen, my screen starts to shake! Disconnecting the type cover and wiping the screen doesn't help. I've tried resetting (turning off, holding power and + button) to no avail too.

Can anyone please assist?
