Is there a room thermometer or inside/outside weather station that supports a Windows Phone app?

I am looking for a thermometer that I can monitor the temperature of another room in my house on my Lumia 950 XL with a mobile app. Every device I find has apps that of course are only on iOS and Android.

Does anyone know of any such device that has a Windows app?
